JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager, Procurement & Project Services is responsible for executing purchasing strategies, tracking metrics, negotiating purchases, assisting with office services responsibilities, and offering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Complete purchasing strategies through competitive bids, RPF’s and RFI’s. Collaborate with team members on purchases, planning, and projects. Analyze purchasing to ensure best price, quality, service, timelines, vendor diversity, partnership, and sustainability. Provide exceptional customer service to all internal team members in a quick and efficient manner. Ability to manage and execute multiple requests daily.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mange competitive bids, RFP and RFI process for several different commodities and services.
  • Ensure best price, quality, service, timelines, vendor diversity, partnership, and sustainability.
  • Generate year over year savings growth.
  • Monitor and grow Supplier Diversity Program including reporting out Supplier Diversity metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for diverse vendors, with a focus on year over year spend and vendor growth.
  • Co-manage organization credit card program and monthly allocation and approval process.
  • Co-manage incoming invoices without proper documentation to review and correct for processing.
  • Assist with office services functions including company issues cell phones and team member travel.
  • Respond to team member requests in a timely, efficient, and complete manner.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail.
  • Maintain clean and organized working areas.
  • Take initiative on tasks and projects.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and communicate effectively.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years proven work experience in procurement services.
  • Experience working with Procurement Software.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
  • Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
