Your role

We are excited to announce an opening for an Account Executive to join our team at NeuroTrainer. As a key member of our sales team, the Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about using cutting-edge technology to help people achieve their goals. The successful candidate will have a background in either education or athletics, and be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and working closely with our marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.


  • Build and maintain relationships with high school and college sport coaches, athletic directors, and school administrators
  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads generated by the marketing team
  • Deliver effective product pitches and demonstrations
  • Analyze needs and identify opportunities
  • Expertly respond to customer inquiries and requests
  • Support head of customer success to identify opportunities for expanding existing customer engagements
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on how to improve the product and sales process
  • Effectively move opportunities through the pipeline
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets


  • 4+ years of experience in software sales, with a preference for candidates with a background in selling to athletic programs
  • Ability to advance opportunities and most importantly close deals
  • Disciplined prospecting skills to fill the pipeline
  • Extensive industry contacts in the education or athletics space
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients and clearly articulate the value of NeuroTrainer's software
  • Proven track record of generating significant and consistent business, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large pipeline of leads
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or comparable CRM software
  • Passion for the sports and fitness industry and understanding of the unique challenges faced by high school and youth sport coaches and athletic directors

  • Base salary: $120k + 10%
  • Uncapped commission structure
