The Phoenix Suns are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to support lifecycle marketing, outbound communications, campaign strategy, marketing automation, and mobile marketing, joining our growing Digital team.The Senior Coordinator, Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for supporting and implementing cross-channel marketing campaigns across our consumer lifecycle programs with goals of driving subscriber growth, increasing engagement and revenue conversion. This role will also contribute to day-to-day operational activities including managing inbound campaign briefs, maintaining campaign calendars, and performance dashboards, sharing key insights and KPIs.Reporting to the Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, this role collaborates with Brand Marketing, Business Intelligence, Creative, and Digital Strategy to support member engagement, growth and optimization of the marketing database, elevation of our brand strategies, driving sales conversion, and increasing member retention.What You’ll Do As the Sr. Coordinator, Lifecycle Marketing:

  • Work closely with the Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to execute communications strategies to drive key business objectives based on programming, interests, and stage in the customer lifecycle
  • Maintain complex messaging calendars, journey maps and documentation to provide a centralized view and ensure accuracy as plans evolve
  • Develop campaign briefs and marketing plan proposals in line with strategic objectives and audiences
  • Prepare regular performance reports and analysis to share with key stakeholders in meeting and presentation formats, supporting our goals to drive continuous improvement in our lifecycle marketing program
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and goals and ensure alignment and coordination with other digital approaches towards key business strategies and objectives
  • Leverage insights and campaign performance to inform future recommendations and initiatives
  • Continuously research emerging trends and best practices in the lifecycle and digital marketing space
  • Play a key role in process evolution and efficiency across the cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to other digital projects as needed

What We Need From Our Sr. Coordinator, Lifecycle Marketing

  • 2+ years of email marketing experience, preferably on an enterprise ESP and Marketing Automation platform
  • 2+ years of experience supporting lifecycle marketing programs and initiatives; comfortable with audience segmentation, automation strategy, and marketing using digital channels (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app, website, etc.)
  • Experience with enterprise SMS marketing tools like Airship, Attentive Mobile, Sinch, or Twilio is highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS preferred
  • The ability to use CRM, CDP, or other data management platforms to target audiences, leveraging customer personas, preferences, and interests to drive creation of personalized engagement strategies
  • Experience maintaining complex marketing calendars and customer journey maps; outlining project timelines, tasks and requirements for project management and documentation
  • Excellent organizational, time management and written/oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and intellectually curious, driven by a desire for continuous improvement
  • A team player with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure with meticulous attention to detail

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, including Advertising, Business, Communications, Journalism/PR, or Marketing is highly preferred
