Selective recruitment of APi Group’s future leaders. LDP candidates spend a 7-week rotation at 7 different companies, learning the businesses, and completing meaningful projects. Candidates must be open to relocation.
Recruiting talented graduates from colleges, universities, and trade schools and placing them in 3-month long rotations at 3-5 companies to teach them the industry. We look for candidates with demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, problem solving, and relationship building.

Founder Story
Ahmed grew up loving sports and exercise. Many of my childhood heroes were athletes. He was recruited to Harvard and became Captain of the Men’s Varsity Squash Team. As a D1 athlete, he was amazed by how little I knew about my body. He became inspired by a simple idea: Humans, especially athletes, could optimize their daily performance. Optimizing performance was not a random sequence of events and decisions, but rather a systematic approach to understanding your body.
