The Role:

  • Our client, a committed and well-known organization with a special culture and values, passionate about diversity and equity is looking for someone with deep sports experience to come and drive immediate results.
  • The Director of Global Partnership Sales will be responsible for generating new business revenue through corporate partnerships.
  • The ideal candidate will lead the entire sales process:  Prospecting/outreach, research/discovery, building a case based on client’s needs and matching with appropriate assets.
  • Bring global experience and have a global mindset and creative perspective to drive global partnerships with fortune companies across digital, media and related.
  • Have gravitas, confidence, reputation and competitive presence to develop the comprehensive roadmap for deal strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Sales mindset, competitive and strategic.  Well-organized and meticulous in detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a dynamic, fluid environment.
  • Team player. Former collegiate, professional or Olympic athlete experience is really nice to have.
  • Relevant sales experience in sports. Must have an established reputation and network of sports partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a college or university, with at least 6+  years of sales experience and a minimum of 5 years’ sports partnership sales experience.
  • Base Salary range $150,000 - $175,000 USD plus ability to double in commissions.
